Our Hire Rates and How to Book

Main Hall or Church

First 2 hours @ £15 ph

Additional hours @ £8 ph

This hire charge includes use of the kitchen for cold food assembly and making drinks.

Kitchen Charge

£25

Includes use of all the kitchen facilities (including ovens, commercial dishwasher, microwaves, hot cupboard etc) to prepare and serve a full meal.

Meeting Room

First 2 hours @ £6 ph

Additional hours @ £3.50 ph

This includes access to a sink, kettle and mugs.

Children's Birthday Party Rate

£35

This special discounted rate (for the benefit of young families) includes full use of the hall, kitchen and garden for up to 3 hours (including your pre and post party prep).

How to Hire Our Spaces

Step 1: Make an Enquiry

Contact us by email or the online form below to check availability and discuss your event needs.

Step 2: Confirm Your Reservation

Once availability of your preferred date and space are confirmed, we will hold the booking and provide a hire agreement for your review.

Step 3: Complete Payment

Secure your booking by submitting payment (BACS) as per details provided on your booking form.

  • What types of events can be held here?

    Our flexible indoor and outdoor spaces accommodate a variety of community activities such as dance classes, youth groups, yoga sessions, community dinners and social gatherings.

  • What is the maximum capacity of the venue?

    Capacity is determined by room layout but, as a guide:

    • Main Hall - 60 seated (restaurant style), 100 theatre style
    • Meeting Room - 10-12 seated
    • Church - 40-50 seated theatre style

  • What facilities are included with the hire?

    Venue hire includes access to seating, tables, kitchen facilities, audio equipment and Wi-Fi. Additional equipment can be arranged upon request to support your event needs.
